3. Estimates, Bookings, and Cancellations

Estimates: Any price quotes provided are estimates only and may vary based on final design, materials, and labor required.
Booking: A signed agreement and deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations occur after materials have been purchased or work has begun.
Weather Delays: Installation schedules may be adjusted due to inclement weather. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Payment and Fees

Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service. The deposit amount will be outlined in your service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has begun; however, refunds may be considered based on the circumstances of the cancellation.

Payment: Full payment is due as outlined in your service agreement. Payment methods may include cash, check, or credit card.

Fees: Our service fees are subject to change. Please confirm current pricing with us at the time of booking.

Late Payments: Any unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts.

5. Installation and Safety

Property Access: You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for installation and removal of lighting.
Electrical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your property has adequate and safe electrical access for lighting installations.
Safety Disclaimer: While we use best practices for safe installation, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing electrical issues, structural weaknesses, or misuse of installed lighting.

6. Maintenance and Removal

Maintenance: We may offer maintenance services during the holiday season to ensure your lights remain functional. Please contact us promptly if issues arise.
Removal: Unless otherwise specified, removal of lights will occur after the holiday season within the timeframe agreed upon in your contract.

7. Privacy, Communication, and SMS Terms

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing, and/or promotional materials.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for more information or STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We will never sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or effects of lighting displays.
Liability Limits: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service in question.
